A Virtual Workforce is the New Reality of Work. It’s that simple; and if we do not embrace the wave, our organization will be left behind. Nowadays, video-conferencing, intranets, and emails are able to maintain teams connected and unified without having to be in the same physical location. Trend now showing more than ever that professionals favor alternative work practices.

Paradoxically, as more organization embrace and also expect a distributed workplace, research study indicates; a reduced degree of self-confidence in the capability of managers, supervisors and employees to navigate this type of office framework. This is where Operating System is highly functional to bridge the gap.

 In this course, participants will be guided to develop a Workforce Operating System ecosystem that reflects a positive set of values within a professional framework. Most importantly, these are aligned to the international standards values of organization about the characteristics and code of conduct that makes a business stands out
